Took some forced time off and I am glad I’m back. I had a short week with some travel that did me in and then the university gym was closed the following week for renovations. I’m done with pushups, ending at 490. I could have gone longer but I was just too busy having fun. I’ll be restarting with some tweaks to the rules come Sept. 1.
